Steven A. Karklin - is the President /CEO of CDK Enterprises Investment Holdings, an entrepreneurial investing group with expertise in the areas of consumer products, technology, service business, real estate, and financial products; with special emphasis in the areas of marketing/sales, derivative trading, and building retail distribution. The CDK team brings both financial and managerial resources together with expertise to insure the success of the entrepreneurial venture.


Steve's extensive experience with marketing and branding of products, building and managing retail distribution, and increasing consumer market penetration, extends back over the last 30 years. From 1979 through 1998, he was Director, President, and CEO of KMH Inc., a marketing, sales, and retail distribution organization which he built to over $250 million of annual sales.


During his ownership of KMH, Steve's clients included some of the largest and well known names in consumer products: Nestle, Bristol-Myers Squibb,
Heinz, Coke Foods, Dowbrands, Borden, Duracell, Playtex, Dial Corp., Nabisco, Unilever, Dannon, Kelloggs, Fuji, and SmithKline Beecham, among
many others.


His expertise has been recognized through being chosen to serve on over 20 private advisory councils created by many of these well-known companies and
by consulting to their top managements on a variety of subjects. KMH Inc.also received national attention as the holder of over 250 sales and marketing awards from both manufacturers and customers alike. These awards recognized KMH Inc. as "Best in the USA", or "Best in Class" for excellence. In January of 1998, Steve sold his controlling interest in that concern.


Since that time he has been a serial entrepreneur; also an angel investor, and operator of different businesses in multiple industries. Recent companies include businesses in the industries of Derivative Trading, Import/Export, Consumer Products, Biotech,  Software, Environmental Utilities, and Real Estate


Steve has also been very active in the community throughout his career through board involvement with many non-profit and charitable organizations including The Great Lakes Science Center of Cleveland Ohio, United Jewish Welfare, B'nai Jeshurun Congregation, The Jewish National Fund, Cerebral Palsy, MS Society, American Cancer Society and the Easter Seals. He holds a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA in Marketing/ Finance with honors from the prestigious Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
